Sleep/Wake: alarm woke me up, no problems. I do remember I had a dream, but don't remember enough about it to describe it. This is a bummer, since remembering my dreams and lucid dreams were two things I was really looking forward to with this! Once 1 or 2 days go by I think I'm going to adjust the sleep time and see if that helps.
Exercise: same as normal
Food: (23:00) juice, a couple grapes, baby carrots, prunes
Activities:
Socializing with friends
Too much lounging around, listening to Coast To Coast, being lazy... this is only making me more tired :( STOP IT!
