- Tuesday: ran first 2 miles, walked .25, ran .25, walked .5
- Wednesday: ran first 2 miles, walked .25, ran .25, walked .5
- Thursday: ran first 2 miles, walked .25, ran between .25 and .5, and walked the rest.
Because it seems like I'm not being very accurate in the distances, I thought I'd also start making a note of the time I get back home.
Each day I've been right on target with a 10-minute-mile for the first two miles. This last day, started at 10:00am. 2 mile mark at 10:20am. Finished last mile at 10:32:27.
