Starting to push onward a little more.
Still a ways to go to catch up to where I left off, but I don't want to push too hard too soon.

15:29:08 3rd mile (10:23) - walk/jog combo
WeatherUnderground reports temp is 94.2F with 5% humidity. Very hot...
MY guage shows 58% humidity which seems much more realistic.
I didn't have any problems with my leg today, but was not pushing hard
at all. I DID have some cramps right under my lower ribs. Maybe from
the heavy sit-ups I did two days ago? Anyway... gave me a little problem
during my jogging.
